Aaron got an early start in the vehicle reconditioning industry at a young age. He started out helping his father, Dale, with wood dash installation for car dealerships in St. Louis, Missouri. This is when he first learned how to talk to customers, build valued relationships, network, and how to let your work speak for itself. Aaron got his first peek at the art of paintless dent repair at those dealerships with his dad. Fast forward roughly 12 years and a series of odd jobs later he got his hands on his first PDR tools in Houston, TX. This is when he began his dent repair journey with his brother-in-law who trained him in the industry. He trained hard, focused, and discovered his niche. Hard work and a lifetime of working with his hands had him establishing his career as a PDR tech for dealerships in the Greater Houston Area. After years of cutting his teeth on car lots, his favorite jobs were when he worked directly for a customer and seeing their joy in their restored vehicle. Aaron's satisfaction of doing perfect, flawless work inspired him to bring his skills direct to customers. He knew these customers would appreciate having some one take care of their vehicle with love and expertise! So he opened up a Paintless Dent Repair company known as Tap Out Dent Repair. A wink and a nod to the art of blending panels with a hammer and professional wrestling, a favorite childhood pastime with his brother, Daniel.
